Ingredients:
1 1/2 mug couscous
2 tbsp of olive oil
Veggies:
One bunch parsley, chopped finely
1/4 iceberg lettuce, chopped finely
3-4 leaves of cos lettuce, chopped finely
Half bunch spring onion
Spices:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp capsicum paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method:
1. Put couscous into the bowl. Put 2 tbsp of olive oil and pour 1/2 mug hot water over it. Close with a lid for 15 minutes.
Note: Couscous not suppose to be so soft because it will mix with other ingredients.
2. Put all the veggies and spices together into the couscous. Mix them well.
3. Enjoy!
