SULU KOFTE

Today I would love to share my recipe with you, my faithful readers *ehem...again* This recipe is very simple but yet I don't use any "fix" measurement so I will try to "fix" it for you *whattt?!?!* Please bare with me...hehe... This recipe is called "Sulu Kofte" in Turkish. It just takes a little bit of your time but it's delicious :)
SULU KOFTE Ingredients: 500 grams lean beef mince 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (or use the garlic mincer... much easier) half cup finely chopped parsley handful of rice black pepper 2 tsp salt (depend on how salty is your salt) 1 tsp sweet paprika powder 1 tbsp capsicum paste 8 tbsp plain flour Methods: 1. Put the mince into the bowl and mix with onion, garlic, parsley, black pepper, salt and sweet paprika powder until smooth. 2. Put 1.5 litre of water into the pot. Bring it to boil. 3. Place a baking tray with some plain flour in it. Make small balls from the mixture above and put it on the baking tray. Make sure that the balls covered with the flour so it won't stick to each other. 4. Put the balls into the boiling water. The cooked one will come into the surface of the pot. (Make sure that the rice is cooked) 5. Mix 1 tsp of capsicum paste with the boiling water from the pot. Mix it until smooth and pour it into the pot. Put some sweet paprika as well. Mix it. 6. Leave it simmered for 10-15 minutes. And it's done! Note: You can eat it with bread or rice... or just drink it like soup :)
